What the app uses

• Sign-in storage: Firebase Authentication maintains your session on the browser or device.
• Preferences: local storage remembers theme, sound, kitchen station, greeting and chat/alert settings.
• Local preview: IndexedDB holds restaurant data only when local mode is explicitly selected. Clearing browser storage deletes these local copies.
• Installation: the Pan & Plans service worker may cache app resources for loading and installation.

Tracking review

No Google Analytics, advertising pixel, session replay or marketing-cookie code was found in the reviewed Pan & Plans and official Benetti’s app sources. Firebase and external Google-hosted fonts and scripts still receive network information when requested. Absence of analytics does not mean no data leaves your device.

Your choices

You can sign out and clear this site’s storage in your browser. Export any local-only work first. Kitchen alerts are optional in the Alerts menu. No marketing cookie-consent banner has been added because no marketing tracking is currently configured. Cookie and consent requirements must be reassessed if tracking, payment providers or launch markets change.

Not yet active

Background push notifications remain disabled. Benetti’s photo scanner uses Google Gemini only after you choose Read photo, and Firebase App Check/reCAPTCHA uses browser signals and verification tokens to prevent abuse. This protection is loaded for scanning. See the Privacy Policy for image processing details.

Remembered kitchen profile

Saved role and station are read from your restaurant profile; access requires an active verified account and restaurant approval. The former age self-declaration screen is disabled and its browser value is no longer read or written.
